App::Sqitch::Plan::Blank - Sqitch deployment plan blank line

Synopsis

  my $plan = App::Sqitch::Plan->new( sqitch => $sqitch );
  for my $line ($plan->lines) {
      say $line->as_string;
  }

Description

An App::Sqitch::Plan::Blank represents a blank line or comment-only line in the plan file. See App::Sqitch::Plan::Line for its interface. The only difference is that the "name" is always an empty string.
